Why’d You Take That Picture? Turret Extending Over A Building.

Turret-a tower-like structure extending over a building. I’ve always been intrigued by the beauty of buildings. All types, really. I love all types of architecture. I’ve lived in so many different types of homes, ranging in age from 1846 to the 1980’s. I really love the old ones, tho. They hold their beauty. I can walk on an old elegant street, look at the queenly Victorians and imagine the women walking with their swooshing petticoats. I can almost hear the clopping of horse’s hooves on old streets. I enjoy imagination. This photograph is the turret of a building in a city. The building isn’t so spectacular but the turret certainly is. I’m glad the owner restored its beauty for people to admire. Look around you and ferret the beauty in some of the homes you see. You just might be surprised at what you find.
